I was age 18-20 when I was working here then was unfortunately made redundant roles involving stock taking of tyers which was a big role due to tyers coming in delivery of thousands as a mistake could of been very expensive cost. We would pick out atleast 1000 tyers per day manually with a very big wheel barrow for the rapid response team it was very demanding as you can imagine tyers size different types airoplane tyers so strength fitness and high concertrain was needed every minute of every hour as picking out wrong tyers could hold back and delay rapid response team so concentration was the key skill.
