Eastdil Secured designs capital market strategies and structures for real estate owners and serves as an intermediary on their behalf.
The company is a real estate investment bank specialising in institutional property sales, large property financings, sale of existing mortgages, hotel sales and financings, debt placement in the secondary market and corporate finance and capital raising for real estate companies.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis.
- Assisting team in underwriting for asset sales and debt placement across all property types.
- Performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis.
- Due diligence collection and review.
- Creating pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.

Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills.
It is strongly preferred that your background includes:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree with coursework in financial accounting, finance and/or real estate with a graduation date in 2016.
- At least one year experience in a similar role within Real Estate Finance / Investment Banking
- Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance.
- Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment.
- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
