Team overview
The Wealth Management team is part of the UK Funds Strategic Relationship Management Group (SRMG) and is responsible for growing JPMAM’s market share with the leading Wealth Management Firms targeting Ultra High Net Worth investors (Private Banks & Family Offices) and Asset Allocators.
Role Overview
This individual is responsible for providing sales and relationship management support to the Wealth Management team. This will include organising key client and internal meetings and agreeing agendas. The role also includes on-boarding new clients through the relevant due diligence and AML processes and dealing with and responding to day to day client queries regarding funds information and more general servicing enquiries. This individual will also be responsible for liaising with other internal departments to action and follow up on client servicing queries and requests.
This individual will also be responsible for providing support to the Head of the Strategic Relationship Management Group. This will include supporting the preparation of information and reporting requirements for senior management meetings and providing sales administration support for key multi-channel/multinational clients.
Key objectives of the role
To provide sales support to the Wealth Management Sales team/and the Head of the Strategic Relationship Management Group
To respond to client queries working to the sunset deadline
To respond to general client fund queries including fund information requests and servicing enquiries
Coordinate and oversee key client Fund Panel Reviews
Oversee the coordination of key client meetings and events with clients and with JPM Investment Professionals where appropriate
Develop strong relationships with other areas of the business to expedite and resolve client/sales queries
Understand the regulatory and compliance framework for selling JPM Investment Products to the UK market, including Know Your Client requirements
Office based contact for clients and also responsible for covering/attending relevant client meetings, and some client conference calls
Maintenance of client information in CRM. Core Skills

Experienced knowledge of JPM’s investment offering (open and closed ended), including investing in Alternative products
Knowledge and experience of JPMAMs client on-boarding process
