Toni Griffiths
Dear Sirs
I was an estate agent when I first started my career and since qualifying through the NAEA as a negotiator I have been committed to property indirectly.
For the last 20 years I have been buying, developing, renting and selling assets across the UK and have been very involved therefore in the property market and it remains a significant passion.
Although not your traditional candidate for these roles due to my lack of direct experience I believe my experience in operations, and my keen knowledge and interest in property makes me an ideal candidate. I have extensive experience in renewable energy and energy efficient building materials which may prove valuable.
I am currently studying with SAVA to qualify as an AssocRICs and Registered Valuer, showing commitment to my career change. With this structured formal training and my extensive exposure to property and understanding of it due to refurbishment projects I believe I am an excellent candidate and very easy to train and develop.
I would very much love to talk to you about your role in more detail and await to hear from you. As I have been self employed for many years this way of working is great for me and I would love to be on board. I have a close friend who assesses for insurance purposes and he could provide a reference to my knowledge.
Regards
Toni Griffiths

Personal Profile
I left college and embarked on a career in estate agency. Once reaching a point where I could no longer progress, I moved career. I had already established a love of property and bought my first house at 18. I went on to buy, sell and rent a selection of properties and still hold a portfolio of tenanted houses. I have been consistently involved in housing throughout my career, mainly on a personal level. Recently I passed my CeMap qualification and I am currently studying with SAVA to become a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer. I now wish to pursue a full career in property and / or land.
