I am a nationwide multi drop driver and my daily tasks entail doing a daily walk round check of my vehicle and reporting any defects, then to carry out any delivery’s usually on a multi drop basis. We as the drivers are in charge of any route planning and calling the customers with a time slot the day before. We deliver for a lot of the top names on the high street market for example b&q, wickes, screwfix and design and so understand how paramount my job is as a delivery driver and how we are seen as an ambassador of the company as we are usually any customers first point of call.
