Role:
With almost 200 fleet vehicles of various size and multiple weekly hire vehicles to support approximately 4000 personnel split between multiple UK locations, I assist the Transport Manager in providing a full transport management facility, including vehicle bookings, hire bookings, fleet management, maintenance events, utilisation reports and improvements, cost capture, creating and providing training and guidance, authorising documentation, issuing fuel cards and liaising with outside organisations and contractors.
Duties:
• Ensuring organisation compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures.
• Identifying operational issues, potential problems and providing solutions.
• Creation and implementation of new procedures and best working practices.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Ensuring all organisation objectives are achieved.

• Possessing a good understanding of all relevant legal compliance and fleet controls.
• Experience of Budgets and Financial controls.
• Full understanding of transport operational systems.
