Managed the Transport and warehouse operation across the country and utilised fleet people resources to ensure deliver to SLA’s.
Held responsibility for all depots in England, Scotland and Ireland and fleets across all sites including 120+ vehicles, 250 staff and a budget of £20m.
Enforced changes within the operation to ensure that the operation was 100% legally compliant
