Due to my current role as a Driver Supervisor I am confident in using spreadsheets and excel.
I am very much a team player and have no issues with taking on a challenge. I enjoy learning new skills and am proactive in getting tasks completed. I have no issues with time keeping or sickness and will often try to assist where possible.
I am looking to change my role due to family commitments and the nature of the role in currently in demanding more.

Work Monday to Friday 0600-1800 and work alternate weekends covering all aspects of drivers admin and running a Rota for the Drivers. I process holiday requests and assist drivers with difficult jobs they have allocated in the recovery process either vocally or in attending the scene. Due to holding my Class 1 I am also a first responder so when a Heavy job comes in I am often on scene controlling and leasing back to control in assisting the recovery of the heavy job or the goods. Still keen to assist I often jump out in a truck to tackle more technical jobs that require attention to detail.
SEARON LOGISTICS LTD Sept 2013-October: Class 1 Driver on days. Loading and offloading containers on/off the port to then deliver nationwide. Completing daily checks and working to Tacho laws. Working extra shifts as overtime and leasing with the transport office daily.

Driver by trade I started to gain experience and promotion which helped assist in a drive to Deploy on Operations to Afghanistan 2011. I was also deployed for the London 2012 Olympics for security. I became an instructor dealing with new recruits and delivering lesson plans. I left due to family commitments and full time job change.

Dealing with various cars/vans/motorbike breakdowns and accidents. Maintaining the truck and all of its equipment. Working to shift pattern and also covering a call out rota.

Employed as class 2 driver loading and unloading Plant equipment to various locations of East Anglia. Using various plant and checking each bit for damage and usability for next allocation. Occasionally used in a class 1 low loader for the same role. Ensuring Daily truck checks are complete and I drove within tacho laws.

I hold a class 1 licence. I have in date CPC and tacho card.
I am a qualified first aid responder.
I am HIAB qualified along with forklift.
