 Responsible for organizing and overseeing the major works to the full portfolio of properties totaling 320 nationwide, adhering to the Landlord and Tenant Act and acting as Contract Administrator.

June 2008 – March 2013
 Carrying out condition surveys of railway buildings and structures nationwide using a variety of reporting techniques including written reports and site based data entry. Previously qualified to work alone independently.
 On occasion I undertook surveys of sensitive structures compiling written reports outlining my findings including remedies for defects found.
 Undertook STE 02 qualification which allowed me to review other surveyors work and comment on certain areas that Network Rail needed to focus on as a priority. As part of this I carried out office based Quality Assurance checks on all surveyors’ reports and visited a percentage of these to check on site.
 Mentoring new staff on site and when required took them on a possession so they could gain the experience they need to take their own possessions when qualified.

 Drawing up plans for industry based and private clients from measured surveys carried out by nationwide surveyors. Liaising with clients and surveyors alike with regard to arranging surveys, the format of the finished plans and querying discrepancies on the survey.
 A high level of accuracy was required as the plans were used for land registry purposes or evaluating the cost of properties for lease or sale value.
 Carry out measured surveys and draw up plans from the collated data.
 Run the office day to day, meeting with the Owner/Director and Sales Manager to discuss improvements and other related issue’s then chairing meetings to feed this information down the line to the office staff.

 Logging the data collected onto spreadsheets and producing CAD drawings of floor plans and kitchen layouts for referral to our client.
 Use of PLANIT software to design kitchens as part of the maintenance package.
 Production of timetables for surveys and the measurement of properties to meet deadlines set by my superiors, maintaining office databases and filing systems.
