We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our growing network within our clients Depots across the country.

If you want be part of a team that plays a vital part of the delivery process, then this is the role for you! Our client is responsible for the delivery of parcels to a nationwide network where you be delivering to Hubs, Depots and Delivery Units liaising with colleagues here to ensure a smooth delivery. A typical day in the life of a HGV Class 2 Driver will include around 10-15 drops, efficient driving of the vehicle adhering to road safety standards and effectively completing paperwork. Support is always available as we know that things can arise daily when navigating British roads, the friendly transport team are always available to help you a navigate through any issues.

Experience is expected and you to be able to undertake a short driving assessment which includes a brief written test so basic English is required to complete this.

£12.25ph
Other shifts will be available as extra working shifts
Essential skills and requirements for a HGV Class 2 Driver:

Unloading and loading using tailifts upto 50 Pallets Per Day
Working alone in premises
We require you to have a full UK Driving Licence with a HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.
An up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (CPC Card)
In date Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 points on your Driving Licence
You will need at least 3 months experience as a HGV driver to be considered for this position
