Global Banking provides financial services to US Wells Fargo customers that have international business and European companies with business presence in the US.
The team based in London have a new opportunity for a an experienced Relationship Associate to work on an independent basis, proactively handles customer issues and problems; meets customer expectations, can anticipate customer needs; follows through on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes updating and obtaining refreshed account activity and compliance documentation from Relationship Managers and clients. Monitor and managing of portfolio of clients to ensure clients activities can be executed seamlessly. Close partnership with AML, TM RMs and Customer Services.
This Relationship Associate opportunity is available as a twelve month fixed term contract.
Treasury Management RA Responsibilities:
- AML queries.
- Account Closures.
- Pricing queries.
- CEO Statement queries.
- ECC crossover queries.
- Overdraft Service Charge queries.
- AES / SOF / TMSAC requests (for closures and alterations).
- Bank Reference Letters.
- GPS File over Limits processing.
- BACS File over Limits processing.
- Responsible for ensuring TMSAC and approval documentation is sufficient for TM standalone products (BACSTEL-IP, Cards, IACH) and arrange amendments as necessary to accommodate credit.
- Daily TM Client email queries (work with ECC and TM Sales RM, on various email queries and escalations as appropriate).
- KYC / COPS (Compliance updates).
TM Reporting Responsibilities:
- TM Reconciliation Product Record.
- MCA Overdraft Daily Report for service charge items and to support RA team where appropriate if a client is OD.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of customer details in systems of record.
- Interacting with internal product partners, other members of the office (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Operations, Finance), and clients to deliver results in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc projects/initiatives/marketing/portfolio management/maintenance for all relevant product services.
- Responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention by proactively taking ownership for solving problems, engaging appropriate partners and addressing client issues.
Market Skills and Certifications
Skills/Experience Required:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of wholesale banking operations and/or systems
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of banking products and services related to treasury management, leadership skills, risk and regulatory compliance, accounting and bank operations. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact, negotiate and communicate with all levels of management, staff and customers.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated working knowledge of general banking operations and/or systems.
