As a Scrum Master, you would be part of our Group Transformation team, who are focused on innovating retail, commercial and insurance products to transform customer experiences. You would play a key role by enabling and inspiring our people to make changes in order to deliver high quality, efficient and impactful outcomes.

Do I need anything else to apply?
You only need proven experience of supporting teams to apply Scrum theory, practices, rules and values.
Understanding of wider agile techniques, practices and frameworks is also useful.
