Branch Manager – Central London
We are currently hiring for a Barclays Branch Manager to support out Central London Community.

As a Branch Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Lead and grow a highly engaged and high performing team to deliver excellent service that supports our customers with their financial needs, interacting with them where and when they need us most
• Setting the pace, tone and standards for your team and coordinating the efforts of all your Branch staff
• Helping deliver a seamless service to your customers, whatever their needs may be
• Using your local insights and commercial acumen to help develop your area’s business plan
• Ensuring your branch is fully equipped to reach its goals
• Being an inspirational leader, providing clear direction, coaching and support to build a committed team that delivers seamless, high-quality customer service
As a Branch Manager, your skills and qualifications will include:
• Proven and extensive experience as a people manager, leading teams (including leaders) that combine strong sales focus with high standards of customer service
• A background of managing a large team (ideally 15+ employees) in a customer facing role, where delivering outstanding service is paramount
• A broad knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations to enable you to run your branch like your own business
• The ability to develop and execute clear, commercially astute business plans driven by your customers’ needs.
