Program Analyst (Global Risk)

This is a brand new opportunity at Funding Circle to facilitate the alignment of the regional Risk teams into a global organisation. 

The role:

• Responsible for the global coordination of risk program initiatives.
• Maintain governance committee routines and reporting requirements.
• Optimize monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
• Track the development of program elements as required, e.g. Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Risk Register, Key Risk Indicators, Scenario Analysis, etc.
• Support engagements with the local regulators and auditors
• Assist with the development and coordination of Enterprise Risk training
• Special projects as determined by the Enterprise Risk Governance Manager

You’ve been there and done this:

• You’re organised and comfortable working across multiple global teams
• You have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Proven track record of execution and delivery
• Creative problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of risk management, regulatory issues, or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• You are comfortable challenging/ raising questions to get clarification 
• Proven previous project management or program management skills are desirable
