As a Fraud Analyst you will…
You’ve been there and done this…
- Identify fraudulent loan applications and reject from further processing
- Monitor fraud check process and clear any divergences in fraud check decision across production funnel
- Keep record on all investigated cases, fraud review details and fraud analysis to improve fraud review procedures as well as to support post mortem process
- Actively liaise with Ops teams (UWA/UW/Sales etc.) to request or provide required information for timely resolution of fraud queues
- Maintain fraud check tool and provide feedback on fraud checks, fraud check tool functionality and fraud scorecard for fraud prevention process improvement
- Complete fraud investigation of new broker/partner applications according to broker/partner on-boarding process
- Assist with fraud analysis of investors accounts
- Provide feedback and updates on fraud issues and escalations worked to management
- Maintain “black” list and “Do not do business” lists
- Resolve AML/Compliance alerts generated by LN tool
- Assist with uploading of weekly Compliance/AML files to LN
- Act as primary point of contact for fraud/compliance enquiries from FCCE Ops teams
It would be great if you’ve also…
- Analytical and detail oriented person with an ability to think logically and reasonably
- Ability to make sound judgement and take responsibility for decisions made
- Experience in fraud investigations and fraud analysis in a financial/lending environment is a plus
- Experience with ID and financial documents review procedures
- Familiarity with compliance/AML procedures and regulatory requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Language skills: ENG + DE/NL preferable
