We are looking for an enthusiastic and high-energy People Operations Administrator to join our team for 6 months. In this role you will support the entire employee lifecycle including; scheduling interviews, assisting in the organisation of our regular assessment days, onboarding and administration of all our new joiners within the EU region. You will do this by working closely within the EU People Team to manage the intake of new Circlers.
You will be part of a global, growing People Team where you will get the chance to create a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high energy company.
The Role:
- General HR administration for UK & CE (Germany and Netherlands)
- Admin onboarding for all new joiners
- Asylum & Immigration documentation checks for new joiners
- Carrying out regular HR audit checks to ensure the maintenance of the integrity of our data
- Scheduling onsite interviews, including assisting at our assessment centre’s
- Revitalising, automating and integrating the onboarding process for new Circlers, from offer to their first day
You’ve been there, done this:
- You’ve worked in an administration or coordination role within a Talent/ HR function and you know your way around a coordination system
- You’re the planner in everyday life with an eye for attention to detail – you stay on top of your diary and keep others in check!
- You have managed both internal and external communication for your workplace in a friendly and professional way
- You’ve worked independently in a dynamic environment
- You can show us you have a passion for improving or building processes
- Systems savvy: the role will work with a number of technical systems such as Namely, Jobvite, Litmos as well as G-Suite
- A great teammate, willing to roll your sleeves up to get things done.
