HGV Class 1 Driver Job
Depot is based from Birmingham, UK. Job daily tasks involve driving a articulated lorry and curtain side trailer. Work is UK wide, collections and delivery from distribution hubs, airports with 99% of the loads being EU or UK standard pallets. Driver must ensure loads are well secured and drive efficiently to ensure load is not damaged during transit. The job requires tramping over the period of 1 week. Our company owns and operates a total fleet of x19 articulated lorries, x1 rigid and x5 transit vans, we have also operations in France, Italy and provide logistic services in Western Europe through our sister company.
Products mainly transported include food stuffs, general consumer products and chemicals. If no ADR license is available, we as the company are prepared to put driver into ADR CPC training to carry out the job. Work place training will be provided where required.
Driver can be contracted and or be a private ltd company. guaranteed regular work every day 5-6 days a week. We are looking for a candidate that is hard working, committed and passionate to exceed our customers expectations.
Wages 130 per day.
