The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering and dynamic Collections & Recoveries Team. Always acting fairly, this team is proud of its success rate and ability to find innovative solutions for borrowers, and this new role is part of the team’s evolution.
The Collections & Recoveries Team at Funding Circle are looking for an ambitious and dynamic all-rounder who can provide assistance and information to borrowers who are on time with their repayments, including:
- General payment enquiries
- Statements of account
- Repayment reports
- Settlement figures
You will also:
- Work with other teams in Funding Circle to ensure that the borrower journey and investor communication is streamline, helpful and supports a high NPS score from both sets of customers.
- Setup new direct debits for borrowers where they have been cancelled or failed.
- Liaise with underwriting and arranging releases / substitutions of personal guarantees.
- Chase unpaid interest on settled loans.
- Take on additional projects/responsibilities from time to time to enhance the effectiveness of the team.
The Candidate
