Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, and will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their products as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a lorry to transport goods to various locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is secured properly for transport.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork as required.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications

Valid driving licence.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
