What can you expect from us?

£13.11 per hour
A pension scheme with up to 5% matched contribution
KPI based bonus scheme with the potential to earn an additional £1000 p.a.
Monday – Friday
Paid drivers medical
Paid CPC courses for the duration of your employment
Your own truck
Working to a route planning system you will deliver between 4-7 drops per day.
Overnights where required
To succeed you will:

Have previous HGV Class 2 experience
Wagon and drag experience (desirable)
Be dynamic and have a professional approach.
Demonstrate a commitment to developing you own knowledge and abilities.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Be a strong team player.
Be agile and adapt to changing business needs.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
