Junior Data Analyst (Graduate)

The Role
- You will join Funding Circle’s Risk & Analytics team, where leading edge models and analytics are created to harness the power of data and enable scientifically optimised business decisions.
- You will collaborate with experts in Risk Management, Technology, Data Management, Capital Markets and Business Operations to understand business objectives and shape analytical solutions.
- You will form part of a fast growing and dynamic team responsible for ensuring that Funding Circle loan portfolio delivers strong performance: monitoring portfolio growth and quality, forecasting credit losses/ loans profitability and providing credit risk insights and recommendations for optimising credit risk strategies and business processes.
You have:
- Recent Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering…)
- Proven problem-solving skills using logical reasoning and analytical methods.
- Passionate about Funding Circle’s mission and values – agile, collaborative, great to work with.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL or R
It would be great if you’ve also got…
- 1-2 years’ experience in analytical environment.
