HOW YOU WILL FULFIL YOUR POTENTIAL
 
Reporting and analysis on the Technology Divisions’ direct expense, compensation and headcount reporting for the divisions leadership and business unit heads, including:
 
– Oversight of weekly, monthly and quarterly P&L, headcount, compensation and metrics reporting to senior leadership in Engineering
– Manage the divisions staffing tool, PBAL, to execute weekly reporting and analysis
– Contribute to the divisions’ budget process, responsible for Headcount and PATC, Campus hiring plans both full time and summer
– Provide detailed analysis on headcount and compensation in preparation for the quarterly forecasting and the yearly budget process
– Interact with numerous internal stakeholders in Technology and across the firm  including HCM, Corporate Accounting, Product Controllers and CAO Office
– Contribute to the production, review and analysis of the business planning committee presentation for the divisions leadership and the firm’s Management Committee
– Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior technology leadership, focused primarily on staff including employees and consultants, PATC and C&T P&L Metrics 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Strong academic record with Bachelor’s level or equivalent or MBA required
– Significant Investment Banking Industry experience essential
– Strong knowledge of Technology and broad knowledge of and interest in Financial Services required
– Experience of designing/developing – target operating models, communication strategy, proof-of-concepts required
– Demonstrable exposure to process improvement and cost reduction initiatives required
– Experience of conceiving and developing Firmwide business strategies, processes and implementation required
– Must be results-oriented and pro-active with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
– Experience of pitching business cases, researching, building analytical/financial models, data/business analysis required
– Strong communications skills (written and verbal) required
– Must be Highly proactive individual who demonstrates initiative and ownership and can work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments
– Strong presentation skills; able to put together commercial, creative presentations for management across a wide range of topics
– Strong organisational skills; ability to multi-task and work under pressure and prioritise
– Must have exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
– Strong stakeholder/ relationship management, particularly with senior individuals required
– Fast learner, ability to navigate the organization to get up to speed quickly on key topics
