HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Grantham (NG31 / NG32 / NG33)
Agency Work That’s Actually Regular | Ongoing Contracts | Flexible Shifts | Immediate Starts

We supply consistent, repeat work across established contracts in the Grantham area, meaning our drivers are out earning week after week, not sitting at home wondering what’s next. If you want reliable shifts you can actually plan your life around, you’re in the right place.
Class 1 (C+E) Work – Plenty of Variety, Plenty of Miles
Pick your preference across a solid mix of contracts, including:
Fridge work
RDC trunking & deliveries
Curtainsider work
Tanker work
Shift Options:
Days, Nights & Tramping Available.
Choose shifts to suit between Monday to Sunday.
Full-time & part-time available
This is proper driving work — not just sitting in a yard waiting for a phone call that never comes.
Pay Rates (Important – Read This Bit)
We’re upfront about this:
Your actual hourly rate depends on the specific contract you are working on.
That said, here’s the range you can expect:
Class 1 PAYE:
Days: £15.00 – £18.20 per hour
Nights: £16.50 – £21.67 per hour
Class 1 PAYE Umbrella:
Days: £19.00 – £23.00 per hour
Nights: £21.50 – £27.27 per hour
Different contracts = different rates, but what doesn’t change is this: the work is steady, ongoing, and reliable
Class 2 (C) Work – No Drama, Just Solid Days
Monday to Friday day work
Multi-drop palletised deliveries (typically 5–9 drops per shift)
No handball – because nobody misses that
Pay Rates (contract dependent):
£15.00 – £21.68 per hour
Again, the rate depends on the contract, but the key point is: it’s regular work, not random shifts thrown at you

What We Need From You
Minimum 12 months HGV experience
Valid CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph card
Maximum 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
