In Lloyds Banking Group, our Risk division is at the heart of our strategy to become the best bank for our customers, investors, shareholders and our colleagues.
Our Retail and Consumer Credit Risk teams are responsible for managing all aspects of credit risk as well as fraud risk management where we have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Risk Analyst.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the production of all our business critical reporting, playing a key role in supporting the delivery of Personal Current Accounts, Portfolio Management proposals and insight; including the design, implementation and monitoring of strategies to support risk appetite.
You’ll have a natural ability in numbers, ideally with a numerical degree or equivalent and be able to communicate effectively with strong verbal, written and presentation skills to ensure your message is understood by technical and non-technical colleagues.
Building relationships with business stakeholders to support change management, providing insight into business implications for risk appetite change and progress against plans is essential. With knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, your analytical skills, together with your ability to interpret numbers, identify trends, and use key findings to support effective decision making, will be key to your success. You’ll also be highly organised and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities and interpret these changes to the business models, products and risk strategies. In addition, you will deliver regular insight into portfolio health, highlighting potential threats, and proposing appropriate mitigating actions.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive benefits package. You’ll also enjoy all the support, training and opportunities you need for your personal and professional development.
At Lloyds Banking Group we are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, and to creating an inclusive workplace where all our colleagues can be themselves and succeed on merit.
We’re committed to the principles of agile working and are proud of the industry recognition we have received, including No. 1 in the Stonewall Top 100 Employer, Top 10 Employer for Working Families and Times Top 50 Employer for Women all in 2017 as well as Best Bank for Diversity and Inclusion at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2017.
