Job Description:, Global Security & Investigations – EMEA Security Project Manager – VP – London.
Supporting JPMC Line of Business’s to deliver multi million pound technical security solutions as part of construction and design projects across the EMEA region, across all lines of business, including third party managed sites. As part of Global Security Team which ensures the safety of the firm’s employees, protects the firm’s assets and to maintain a safe working environment.

Role & Responsibilities:
Active management of the vendors programmers, to ensure we are compliant with the standards set globally.
Participate for EMEA region in global roll out technical projects.
Actively seeking new innovation ideas for integration into current platforms, making us best in class.
The delivery of concurrent multiple technical security projects across EMEA. Programming, testing and commissioning as and when required.
Scope and design projects as per GSI security standards, to meet the security requirements for sites in line with the business requests and to provide detailed final scope of works for approval.
Review of premises to determine security needs and suitability for occupation.
Work closely with Global Technology, Core Infrastructure Services and Engineering to provide technical security solutions.
Deliver detailed scope reports, briefing packs and project updates.
Liaison with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Liaison with GSI global teams.
Challenge and review work streams and process.
Day to day document control of project works and CAD security overlays.
The following skills are required
Proven hands on experience of technical security systems including access control and CCTV (minimum 10 years)
Experience and ideally certification for Lenel OnGuard, Picture Perfect, Nice Vision and Situator.
Programming experience on the above platforms
Ability to assist in global design and implementation of new technologies that will integrate with existing platforms
Quality control of technical security, both hardware and software
Project Management of multiple projects across the region
Excellent Project Management skills
Ability to manage multiple high value projects.
Knowledge of Design & Construction Processes
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and complex work flows
Attention to financial scope/quotes.
Commercially aware and good understanding of sourcing.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
Good understand of facilities management/moves and changes.
Must be effective communicator, both internally and externally to JPMC
Ability to work well within team and on your own
Good understanding of vendor management, SLAs and KPIs.
