The commodities business is a challenging, fast-paced area of growth within an ever changing regulatory environment.
 
The Marketing Middle Office is looking for a professional to take up a role in the Commodities Sales support team. Involved primarily in the Brexit delivery for 2018/2019, working closely with the business, you will provide end to end trade lifecycle support, ensuring the smooth flow of business process, effective controls and timely and accurate investigation of queries from internal teams and external clients. The ability to be flexible and work with different teams to solve complex issues will be critical.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Middle Office provide operational support to all Sales and Marketers trading commodities within EMEA
Liaising with clients, vendors and internal teams to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies
Onboarding clients and providing post trade support for the JPM Online Trading Platform (JPMM)
Supporting the execution of large portfolio purchases·         Working with the firmwide offboarding group to clean up historic reference data
·         Helping Front office understand the changing regulatory agenda and providing support where possible
Building rapport and providing exemplary client service to internal and external stakeholders
