Business Support Executive

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Support Executive to join the Collections and Recoveries team in London to help to support the Business Advisory Team: 

Day to day you will: 

• Provide assistance, information and support to the Business Advisory team, including:
  • Undertaking daily monitoring of the loan book
  • Reviewing external credit reference agency reports on a daily basis
  • Identifying borrowers who may be suitable for Business Advisory services
  • Preparing data on relevant customer for the Business Advisory team to contact
• Work with other teams in Funding Circle to ensure that the borrower journey and investor communication is streamline, helpful and supports a high NPS score from both sets of customers.
• Prepare a daily call list from the various external credit reference agency reports to assist the Business Advisory team in contacting customer who may be eligible for Business Advisory services.
• Provide general and administrative support to the wide Collections & Recoveries team.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain customer reports for customers who have received Business Advisory services.
• Liaise with the Business Advisory panel on a regular basis to provide and obtain data and reports on customers who are eligible or have received Business Advisory services.
