As a Barclays Audience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in influencing how we interact with our customers. Ensuring we target the right customers, in the right place and the right time. Your work will support and drive the delivery of our marketing strategy and execution across our internal digital channel and external media, to effectively promote our products and services to our existing and future target market.

As a Barclays Audience Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
• Driving audience creation for our internal and external digital marketing campaigns for our Barclays UK Business
• Ensuring the right customers receive the right information at the right time
• Being a champion to centralise audience creation capability with our wider digital and marketing business and track performance of targeting successes
• Linking together customer data/ insights teams with digital product and proposition delivery to facilitate the distribution of effective and consistent messaging to our targeting customer segments
 
As a Barclays Audience Manager your skills and qualifications will include:
• Previous experience of online advertising and digital campaign setup, optimization and reporting including analytics, data management platforms, tracking technologies, tag management etc. and deployment within an enterprise environment
• Proven experience of audience segmentation, audience development, ad targeting and deliver
• The ability to work closely with data management platforms (DMP), data exchanges, ad networks, demand side platforms (DSP), agency trading desks or supply side platforms (SSP). Experience of Salesforce DMP and SAS IA Ad Server will also be extremely helpful
• Demonstrable experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and web applications
