Commercial Intelligence Analyst
As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for bringing in hands on technical expertise that is part of the UK & Europe Commercial Enablement team, reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Intelligence & Analytics. You will primarily be responsible for implementing the structural and physical design of all MI (Management Information) produced by the team to support 1500 users across the UK and Europe (14 offices).

As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Implementing the structural and physical design of all MI produced by the team to support 1500 users across the UK and Europe (14 offices).
• Working closely with developers producing scalable reporting solutions and managing several work streams in the team, helping to gather requirements across Private Bank & Overseas Services and constructing business data model incorporating external and internal data sources
• Translate business requirements into technical language and understanding how systems works
• Architecting workflows using best practices and most efficient methods when joining multiple data sources, and helping to construct algorithms
• Developing the end-to-end weekly solution orchestration/approach to generate the outputs to meet the various needs across multiple jurisdictions
• Core report code development (primarily Excel, Python, Alteryx, SQL and Qlik)
As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include:
• A blend of both technical and functional skills, experience of supporting sales management reporting (preferably in Financial Services)
• Prior experience delivering the technical aspects of time-critical intelligence for business leaders, delivering bespoke managerial intelligence that adds-value to the bottom line of the business
• Previous experience with MS Dynamics 2011 (or equivalent CRM technology), Excel (VBA) and relational database technology (ideally SQL Server)
• Proven reporting experience creating complex SQL/Alteryx/QlikView reporting integrated with the MS Dynamics FilteredViews layer will be advantageous
• Demonstrable experience with using SharePoint to distribute report outputs
