PROFILE:
Since leaving school, I have always worked in vehicle workshops, and through this I have gained experience in numerous aspects of the vehicle motor trade. I am IT literate on various computer based systems. I have experience in time sheets, working hour’s regulations, time and work analysis on vehicle repairs. I am very good at dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face and have built up good rapport and relations with all opcos and customers whom I have been involved with, including part suppliers and external repair companies. I have an eye for detail and take pride in my work.
My current role involves carrying out checks on drivers / vehicles LGV (6-8 weekly’s) &LCV’s / documentation in vehicle and at depots (mot’s / tachograph test / driver licence / driver CPC ETC) including driver briefings / Training .
