Dear Sirs,

Together with my curriculum vitae I would like to point out a number of factors as to why I am particularly suited for Housing Vacancies.

Firstly I have the appropriate qualifications with a B.A. Honours 2.2 in Humanities from Manchester Metropolitan University and more recently a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing with gives me corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Secondly I have direct relevant experience, having worked in housing for several years with housing associations and local authorities in the Yorkshire region. This work experience has been recorded in professional diaries of the R.I.C.S and C.I.O.H. I continue to update my skills via continued professional development run by both the C.I.O.H and R.I.C.S.

At present I am on a computer training course, Claits Level 3, via Thomas Danby College. This involves Excel, Word Processing, Internet and Publisher. I am also undertaking commercial property surveys for the purpose of rate reductions in the Yorkshire region. Having recently gained work experience at the Housing Association part-time and working for Oxfam in Leeds.

For the above reasons I believe I am suitable for the vacancy.
