I see myself as a hardworking person who is willing to learn new things every day. I am a very trustworthy and reliable person who has gained a range of skills and qualities from previous and current employment. I am a strong believer in teamwork and have the abilities to work in a team and also independently on my own. Communication is one of my strongest attributes. In my current employment I have experienced working with the public, communicating with customers from different ethnic backgrounds and assisting customers who are often distressed. At OnPoint Logistics I am a Class 2 driver. I driver flat beds and Curtain sider lorry’s. I do heavy and light haulage contracts. From windows and glass to roof dormers and canopy’s. I have cpc and tachograph card. I do my vehicles checks and report defects and am very educated on drivers hours and regulations.

With this position I worked alongside a team of colleagues to ensure that customers were served correctly making sure that all food and serving areas were prepared on time and that all food was prepared by following the correct procedures whilst providing a quick and friendly service. I have also worked as a cashier on the tills situated at the main counter and also on the Drive-through service helping with the food preparation during peak hours.
My responsibilities entailed making sure that the restaurant was running smoothly on a day to day basis and dealing with any customer enquires or complaints as they arose. I was also in charge of closing and opening the restaurant and recording stock and handling money safely and responding to calls and email enquiries. I worked flexibly and made myself available if needed to work at short notice to help the performance and running of the business.
