I currently study Level 3 Professional Catering and we had to come up with an event for our higher project lesson and we decided to host an event for a local Charity called, F.A.C.T, who supports families with Cancer. We had four months to design the whole event. We held the event at the Gateshead Marriott Hotel, where we catered for 102 people and everyone who was there enjoyed there night and we raised a grand total of over £2100

Came second place out of 5 for a team work competition. Me and my head chef at college, had to make a menu up out of set ingredients given to us and then serve it to two random guests and the judges. We were awarded points on teamwork, communicational skills, knife skills and presentation of the dish
