The ultimate goal being to allow paying customers to dive safely and responsibly. Patience and understanding were very important when teaching.
• Adhering to health and safety requirements with precision as an extremely high priority.
• Interacting with customers in an informal yet professional manner, maximising their enjoyment of the course and all round experience.
• Sales of equipment and further courses were also expected to be made. Targets were set with individual results being assessed on a regular basis.
