I enjoy working with the public and customers and can keep my head in challenging situations. I have worked in retail and understand the need to listen to customers’ requirements and act appropriately.
I have worked for Rock Steady Security and encountered a variety of people from a range of backgrounds, dealt with customers from all over the world and frequently had to manage challenging individuals who are either upset or aggressive or both while being polite and maintaining a good sense of humour.
Good team building skills are essential and I have worked as part of a team in each of the positions I have held. This has allowed me to display excellent communication skills, patience and an understanding.
As part of my remit while working for Viridor and GCC I have liaised with customers, colleagues and management to facilitate the servicing of the customers’ needs in a safe, timely and professional manner. I have had to be flexible and a problem solver whilst navigating challenging work routes in a fast-changing environment. Undertaking the necessary daily checks as per the driver/operator handbook.
Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and handed in daily/weekly.

Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up beforeleaving the area.
