A degree qualified senior chartered construction project manager, with considerable experience working for clients, consultants and contractors. Held many senior positions, with experience of managing direct and virtual multidisciplinary teams. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Reporting to Executive Director of Property and Facilities implement, manage and deliver property rationalisation programme (1.8 million sq. ft. including circa 2000 people moves / year over three years) including relocations, fit outs and dilapidations.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary team to deliver separation of 167,000 sq. ft. technical / office facility, dividing incoming utilities, and relocating, data services including technical equipment (digital tv platform) and IT infrastructure
• Preparation of design guides which included interior options and incorporated risk management and value engineering to create optimum build solutions
• Delivery the fit out of Corporate HQ within an occupied tenanted building including design, management and colleague workshops, health and safety, contractor and furniture selection and relocation of staff. Liaison with landlord and other occupying tenants to provide a consolidated plan including logistics.
• Reporting to Director of Maintenance managed a fabric maintenance term contract including 22 employees consisting of operatives and helpdesk. Full financial responsibility including P&L, account management and client relationship including contract development.
