I am presently employed as an Account Manager at Wincanton managing two of the Client Accounts in the Home Delivery network.

I have previously held the position of Transport Manager for Wincanton’s M&S Home Delivery Contract, with the primary site being located at Tunbridge Wells and two out base operations located at Greenford and Watton.

My responsibilities included, amongst others, the legal compliance of the department, in which I took the department from an ‘unsatisfactory’ audit result to a ‘Green / Satisfactory’ result in 6 months.

The fleet was made up of Class 1, Class2, 7.5t and Luton vans giving me a wide scope of vehicles.

I had financial responsibility for an annual budget of £3.5 Million, managed the transport team to deliver excellent customer service through on time delivery and the recruitment, retention, and development of the workforce.

I have held my HGV National & International CPC since 2017
