costly repairs and avoided breakdown.
• Renegotiation of all the transport tariffs which lead to a 2% reduction of them, adding more transport
companies and directed the staff to allocate work to companies trying to optimize the suppliers economies this has lead to an overall cost saving of about 15%in the first six months.
• The internal process changes have made possible a reduction of 2 members of staff working in the dispatch office.
• Managed a change in the Home Delivery service by moving from a hybrid system to a completely outsourced
one. This together with a real time monitoring system, that allowed to check in real time the state of the deliveries, lead to a great improvement of our SLA levels that where well above the minimum requirements of 95% first time delivery.
• Servis Wee ltd in the first year that operated and presented a WEEE return has overachieved the
commitments of Servis UK ltd, in the amount of WEEE that it was responsible for, allowing the sale of excess Weee Documents for a total value of more than 250,000 pounds making Servis Weee a profitable business.
