Manage operational costs and provide proactive measures to ensure these are kept within budgetary expectations.
Ensure all operational and service level requirements are met.
Identify, cost and establish additional business opportunities within the contract to enhance profitability to Apcoa.
Produce statistical operational data when required.
Advise and assist in yielding of the car parks to maximise earnings against capacities.
Produce operational reviews to assist to support sharing of experiences and operational training.
Management of staff in a 24/7 operation ensuring high levels of service are maintained through training and feedback.
Planning of bussing operation ensuring both vehicles and drivers operate within legal boundaries.
Carry out regular audits to ensure financial and procedural compliance.
