A keen, enthusiastic and friendly experienced class 2 driver with an impeccable driving record, I work well with a diverse range of people and expertly handle potentially hazardous situations whilst driving in urban or rural areas, I have an engineering and training background with a good level of IT Skills. Many years of experience within the military driving an assortment of vehicles from Landrovers to Pantech trucks, including ‘Cherry Pickers’ means that I am used to driving a wide range of vehicles; I am used to driving long distances and planning routes. My hobby of horse riding and previously owning a pair of ‘Clydesdale’ horses meant that I owned and drove a 7.5 tonne horsebox after many years of driving a Landrover Discovery with large horsebox trailer combination.
I have 6 months experience of working for DHL trade team as a drayman driving a variety of vehicles from 7.5 ton upwards. I have also gained experience delivering frozen and chilled foods, Roof Trusses, Panels, and metal work. I hold a clean driving licence, CPC card and Digi Tacho card.
