My desire for taking on this role stems from my strong enthusiasm for customer service and communication. It brings me joy to meet and assist new individuals. Although I enjoyed my time working as a customer service representative in past experiences, I think my skills as a busy employee who can work both independently and in teams would make me a much better fit for a position like the one you have presented here. In addition, I usually do a great job of managing my responsibilities and displaying professionalism among peers and customers.
I’ve always been a proactive, friendly individual who loves interacting with new people and serving consumers. Every lunch break while I worked at Caterlink, I would serve new students. They were appreciative of my presence as I gave customers the finest service I could offer and developed customer relations with them. Since the kids were racing to be in front of the queue, we also had to operate in an extremely fast-paced setting, which I found I could naturally adapt to.
I’ve developed my IT and software abilities since I worked at Metro Bank, where I used multiple systems to manage our calls and stay organized. I had to use three different platforms simultaneously when taking each call as part of security, ensuring safety and troubleshooting for customers who need assistance. I also used an additional system to communicate with colleagues in various sites whilst on calls with customers in order to refer them to my advanced colleagues who could assist them. I received one-month training from Metro Bank University on how to use these software platforms.
I consider myself reliable and trustworthy, as well as an excellent team worker. Throughout my time at Boots, I had to work alongside a few team members and continuously shift our duties, which required a lot of communication and collaboration. My colleague and I managed to work harmoniously, and our supervisor informed us that many customers had given us favorable feedback on our service. Customers claimed I was friendly and trustworthy since I went out of my way to locate what they were looking for and bring them fresh stock. A particular customer was looking for a specific shampoo that we had no supply left of, therefore when the fresh stock arrived, I made sure to contact her.
I’m confident that I can bring all of my abilities together and do my best job, I would love to serve the public and meet new people. I also have strong administrative skills and would be an excellent addition to the team.
