Working nights as part of a regional depot driving team. Managing time and planning journeys to ensure timely delivery to local distribution hubs. Use of tail lift, manual handling, good working knowlage of WTD and tacho rules. Keyholding for local depots. Handball leading and unloading fast paced consumer goods/palatised freight.

During nearly 20 years as a civil servant I had a varied career working across a number of departments and locations. All roles were customer facing, representing the public face of the UK government. I gained experience in use of modern IT systems, including the Microsoft Office suit. I worked across a number of grades including time as a front line staff manager. Working in a fast paced agile customer focused service delivery environment I gained change management, staff management, project planning, customer service and budget management skills.
