EXPERIENCE
AUGUST 2015 – PRESENT
CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER, WORKCHAIN
I work across multiple sites for several companies including Toyota, covering leave and sudden increase in workloads. I have experience with curtain siders, fridge wagons, flatbeds with ratchets, tankers, trunk runs, shunting and multi-drops.
MAY 2018 – OCTOBER 2022 (SEASONAL)
DELIVERY DRIVER AND MAINTENANCE, KNIFTONS MOBILE TOILETS
We use multiple types of vehicles to deliver bespoke mobile showers and toilets to events such as wedding and music festivals. We have also delivered to building sites and for large companies such as Tesco’s and Hillhead Exhibition. I also to maintenance and repairs to the facilities we rent out and help build new trailers ready for the following year.
AUGUST 2010 – PRESENT DAY
MULTIPLE STAFF POSITIONS, LORIEN TRUST (VOLUNTEER)
I started as staff here working on the event sites Security Team, after a few years I progressed to the Head of Security for the event site and was tasked with training new recruits, arranging shift rota’s, dealing with sensitive security matters on behalf of the players as well as day to day site welfare and security. This also included me being one of the Emergency Drivers for site which would include recovery broken down or stuck vehicles or escorting Ambulances on site. I am now a member site management and help look after the setup of the events site from the first day to the final day of pack down, including using baby telehandler, driving, and helping do maintenance on the Unimog and Generators, setting up site utilities including electrics and plumbing, cash handling, bar work, first aid (FAIW certificate is current)

ACTIVITIES
In my down time I am currently renovating a house with my Wife. When I’m not learning new building skills, I like to build computers, go camping, Amateur photography, rock climbing, archery, and airsoft. I used to be an active member of the scouts from an early age and went on to become a certified climbing and archery instructor.
