Achievements

Firstly, being promoted to Driver Trainer Instructor which involved advanced driver training, which resulted in reduction of fuel cost to the company.
Promoted to Train The Trainer.
Implementation of a system to reduce paper usage in regards to incident reporting by using an office based computer.
Heath and Safety rep, senior lead driver, driver trainer for new starters.

Night shift driver, role involved movement of curtain sided trailers , safely strapping and securing loads and transferring to various locations.

Shell UK ( Hoyer uk) – 2008 – 2012

HGV 1 Fuel tanker driver delivering fuel across the South East .

Promoted to Driver Trainer Instructor. Responsible for 63 Trucks and 173 Drivers.

Further Promotion to Train The Trainer, Responsible for all advanced training, including : tachometer analysis, infringement training, new starter assessments .

Liaising with the Design department on HGV movements on forecourts.
