I currently work self employed as a bus driver for phoenix doing the scholars routes. This involves early mornings and I must always make sure that I am on time. I am responsible for the bus and must do daily checks before I start my route. I am also responsible for fueling and cleaning the bus.

2016 to 2018
I started work at a food and catering company in 2016 as a delivery driver. Here my role was customer service based as I had to deliver all sorts of foods from hot sandwiches to large buffets. It was a very fast paced job as the company was always busy. It was very important that the orders were delivered on time and at a high standard. Occasionally I also worked in the shop taking orders, dealing with money and card payments.

Over the Christmas period I worked as a temporary delivery driver for Amazon. I worked 6 days a week delivering 120+ parcels all over the North East. All the parcels had to be delivered that day and in certain circumstances within a set time slot. Hard work and customer service were key skills to have as customers could rate the service provided and if their parcel was delivered on time.

I worked as a Taxi Driver for Blueline. During this time I was self employed and chose my own hours and also dealt with the money. I picked up the public and took them to their destination. I had to always make sure I was on time, that I drove safely at all times whilst offering high customer service to my passengers.
