Liaise with Technical Operations Coordinator ensuring that the optimum combination of FST’s are allocated to specific jobs to meet operational, training and competency assessment equirements/ opportunities.

Forecast allocation of Field Service Technicians (FST) to identify utilisation trends and highlight periods where supply does not meet demand.
Collate all Field Performance & Development reviews and present the information in a format that can be reviewed by the FST Supervisors & other appropriate individuals.
With the support of the HR Administrator, coordinate the FST Training programme and the FST Competency @ Plexus to ensure all training and competency opportunities are utilized.
Review, manage and approve FST holiday and absence requests.
Identify system inaccuracies, investigate and make suggestion to Line Manager of corrective action.
Provide guidance and support for visa applications for staff companywide where appropriate.
Comply with POSL quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment.
