To deliver beef and pig carcuss to butchers across Scotland driving anything from 3.5 tonne van to an 18 tonne rigit, deliveries where across Scotland it is an early start something i was never fussed about. Other duties included paper work, collecting cash dealing with customers face to face and delivering a professional service. Other duties involved where to look after truck doing safety checks and keeping it clean, this was my 2nd time back at this job i didn’t mind the graft but my aim in life is to use my class one hgv

Description in my army days first and foremost i had to learn to be a soldier then onto become a driver, passing out of basic army training off i went to the British army school of driving based in leconfield Yorkshire, passing car, class 2 and class 1 at the first attempt I’ve went on to love driving, driving all sorts of vehicles on and off road.my main duties at my unit was to be part of logistics delivering fuel.this was done at abingdon barracks in Oxfordshire.
