Personal Statement
I pride myself in being hard working and committed to my employer. As well as being good at practical
work I can complete administration and am confident in communicating with both colleagues and
customers. I am approachable and enjoy working with and meeting new people and helping less
experienced or less able colleagues. My time with the British Army improved my understanding of the
benefits of supporting everyone to succeed to achieve high standards and meet deadlines. I am
comfortable with using my initiative and common sense to complete tasks and avoid delays.
Having worked in various roles and challenging environments with the army, I have become very
flexible, can adapt to new situations and jobs easily and am a quick learner.
