Having recently obtaining my Licence for my HGV Cat C i am looking too start my driving career, I am looking to work towards improving my skill in driving HGVs and too improve my Licence entitlements .

INTERSTS / HOBBIES
I have an interest in sports and play football at an informal level with friends, also a big fan of Formula 1. I also have membership for a local gymnasium and enjoy using the running and weight machines.
I am an avid skier, having skied every year since I was five years old. I am able to negotiate most slopes and have taken to off piste skiing in recent years.
I like to keep up with technology, having an interest in computers and have used some of the portals provide by online games to code up new routines.
In my spare time I enjoy socializing with friends which will often involve visiting the cinema, eating out and listening to music.

Employed as a crew member and worked my way up to management, my duties mostly consisted of making sure the Kitchen ran as smoothly as possible by managing crew as effectively as possible and identifying problems before they arise, other duties included the handling of cash, Opening and closing the store and the management of deliveries.

My main role while working at Sainsburys was too tip incoming deliveries, This includes using the Electric pump truck to unload pallets off of the wagon and load on the empty pallets and returns, to sort the pallets out on to cages for my other colleagues to stock the shop floor and keep the back of shop organized and tidy. This amount of deliveries varied day to day would consist of 3-5 deliveries a day.

My job at Amazon was too complete a route delivering parcels in the given timeframe. This required me to have a good understanding of other road users, have the skills to park in awkward spots and drive down unfamiliar roads. This has lead to me having better awareness and skill in my driving.

HGV Driver | DHL/Next, Prestonbrook
August 2022- Current
My job at DHL/Next was a multidrop job that required doing around 30-40 drops a day delivering furniture to customers homes across the north-west, This required working between 9-14 hours a day and required alot of manual heavy lifitng, this gave me good knowledge of tachographs, driving a Hgv down narrow roads, highstreets and country lanes.
