Jack Roberts 28 from Chelmsford 12.5.1990. I am a HGV Class 2 driver with HIAB. I have a CSCS Card and Full PPE. I own a range of personal tools suited for most practical site work. I am currently looking for HGV Class 2 driving work.

2017-2018
This year I have been temping to obtain my HGV class 2 become a Truck driver. I have experience driving 18 – 30+ tonne in central London and deliverying building supplies with the Brick Grab.

2016-2017
I worked with a Central heating firm as the man who fitted the radiators on the wall.
Duties included:
Drain the old system and strip out the old pipes.
Make up the new radiators with valves and hang them on the walls.
Reclip the walls ready for new pipes.
Fit a new soakaway pipe to the outside wall and dig out a hole and plant the new soakaway in the ground. This job sometimes involved using a kango (aka Road hammer).
Making good, cement the new flewpipe and plaster all our work though out the house.
Load and unload the van in the morning and end of the day.
reason for leaving: The work dropped off and money became a problem for living.

2015-2016
Rentokil initial. I was a fitter of machines aka ‘johnny cash’.
Duties included:
Drive company van to sites in the area of Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
Fit condom and tampon machines in the lady’s and gent’s wash rooms.
Restock and stock count machines and collect the cash.
Service the machines mechanisms.
Drive to the depo once every few days to restock the van, file paper work, and drop cash in the safe.
Reason for leaving: I moved to a central heating job.

December 2013 – 2015
Self employed Flat Roofing Chelmsford
Load the truck for materials used for the job that day.
Upon arrive of site set up bitumen pot with gas.
Strip off the old felt and boards from the leaking roof.
Carry up new boards and felt to begin building new flat roof.
Felt the new roof with 3 layers of felt leaving either a mineral or chippings finish.
Load the truck with all the rubbish for the skip.
Reason for leaving: I found a more consistent job that was not weather dependent.

Insure safety for the customer that they will get what they need to site on time.
Work SAGE to enter orders and purchase orders to the system.
Source suppliers for stock not held or special items.
Build special quotations for large orders..
Chase various delivery companies for missing and late orders.
Sit training meets to be up to date with the latest products on offer.
Reason for leaving: I wanted to work outside of and office.
